Let us consider a simple scenario.A programmer wants to extend Applet & also wants to use the methods of Thread.What he will do?

Fee if u are asking about e.g of using Threads method, then i mean to say that, Programmer is making a class say TestClass,he want to use applets in his class & Threads methods, including run() & other methods.
