Applet.getImage Vs. Toolkit.getImage

hi guys
can u tell me
1. for loading images in an applet which of the two methods should be used & why
2. also, whats the difference between Toolkit.getFontList and GraphicsEnvironment.getAllFonts
3. outa the Runnable interface and the Thread class which one should be used n why ( i am using a separate class for creating the new thread )

the diff bet Applet.getImage & Toolkit.getImage is that if you
have certain fonts which are not there but the toolkit has those fonts
if you are already extending some applet or frame class you cannot extend 1 more class i.e thread so you have to use interface.But if you have a seperate class where you are going to implement thread you can extend the thread class
You would be much easier to understand if you took that bucket off of your head. And that goes for the tiny ad too!
