Hi Ravi,
WEll ill tell u what the problem is- first see if ur code is ok and it is running well on ur local pc- second that ur not trying to read any local files etc from ur pc, and the third and most imp thing is- if all the rest is working fine, then remember that u wont be able to access any machine from applets other than those from which they are downloaded(else ull have to change the policy tool) so what u can do is that u load the applet from a webserver( appletviewers cannot work- they are for testing only on ur local pc's) and that webserver has to be on the same mc as ur RMI application, then it will work, if still u have problems feel free to mail me at daman.sidhu@usa.net or damanvirs@cil-india.com
I hope this will help,
Regards,
Daman
