Why do I get an Applet Notinited Error When Running this Applet. It seems to work when I use AppletViewer but as soon as I use HTML it stops working. What's wrong. I use the HTML Converter to make the HTML file so there shouldn't be any error's with that?

Which browser are you using? Do you have the Java Console installed in your browser? If so, open the Java Console and see what error you are getting.
Let us know what turns up

I don't know why but for some reason it no longer gives me that error. I haven't changed anything but it seems to be loading fine. I didn't check the Java Console that is a good idea, actually I had no idea that it could be viewed while loading an applet.
Thank You

I'm having the same problem!
Java Console says this:
Do not use TicTacToeGame.add() use TicTacToeGame.getContentPane().add() instead
at javax.swing.JApplet.createRootPaneException(Unknown Source)
at javax.swing.JApplet.addImpl(Unknown Source)
at java.awt.Container.add(Unknown Source)
at TicTacToeGame.init(TicTacToeGame.java:51)
at sun.applet.AppletPanel.run(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

Any idea what this means please?
