I dont remember that much but it won't start till you click start. There is other option you can click. I think there is a tutor or something like that you can click before you start.
It was like this for me. The test center set me down and left me alone with the computer. And there was 3 buttoms and one of them is start and other is. So the test won't start till you click start.

good luck

And my exam starts at 1pm and if i do not start at 1pm say i click start at 1.30pm is that ok.
Or they just give us 2hrs and that's it

The GUI is similar to the exam, but the questions are simple. For example, "The name of the planet we live on"
a) Earth
b) Mars
c) Venus
It is just so you can get used to the GUI. It also gives hints about how to use the "Exhibit" button, etc. And some general Windows stuff like alt-N = Next or hit the "Next" button or give the Next button the focus and hit enter. That type of general stuff. Nothing to do with Java.

And my exam starts at 1pm and if i do not start at 1pm say i click start at 1.30pm is that ok. Or they just give us 2hrs and that's it.

A few minutes won't make a difference, but the test center schedules tests. If you begin 30 minutes late and the next person taking the exam arrives on time .... Maybe you can ask the exam center if they have someone else scheduled right after your exam.
There is no benefit to waiting an extra 30 minutes before clicking the start button.
