I am in a situation where i want to call a ButtonEvent when calling a MouseEvent , ie when i double click that double click event is called and as a result the ButtonEvent is called, is there any clue for it ... Thanks in Advance

What is a ButtonEvent? Are you talking of ActionEvent? Can you further clarify and elaborate your problem? Why do you want the "double click event" to call the "ButtonEvent"? What exactly do you want to achieve? Are you using Swing or awt?
