Can any one suggest what is the best way to print applets from browsers.

Your question is not totally clear to me.
But say you want to print the graphical appearance of the applet
Use either a screen-grabber (e.g. implemented by a free program "IrfanView", nice for a lot of graphical stuff) or under windows you can get it into the clipboard by "shift PrintScrn" and paste it into a graphical editor where you can print.
