Why all variables in an interface are implicitly final and static ?

Why all variables in an interface are implicitly final and static ?!?

Probably because it would introduce all sorts of complexities if they acted like instance variables. Remember, one interface may be implemented in a number of classes and a class may implement a number of interfaces. You could have all sorts of name collisions.
