how do a Label can be repainted

somebody plz help.....i have to show contents of a text file in labels. and the file is to be refreshed after every 10 seconds. its workin fine with S.O.P but offcourse to repaint i should have graphics context.how can i do this.

Hi Shaista,
I don't understand the problem. Which of these routes are you thinking of:

1. Draw the text to a canvas using drawString?
Or
2. Use a TextArea which would require a call to setText?
Or
3. Use many labels which would require a call to setText for each one?
