applet can't be instantiated?????

i'm displaying a file whose contents r changing after every three seconds. i mean my applet is continously reading the url and displaying it. its running fine in my browser. even if i open so many windows but when i try to access it from network it gives me the error ... myfile can't be instantiated.
somebody plz help asap
