HI
Iam planning to take the java certification test
for programmers in the end of March.Currently iam
using Book on certification by Khalid A mughal
and Rolf W.Rasmussen , java 2 exam Cram by Bil Brogden .Iam also taking mock tests online.Is this sufficient or should i get some other book for
more reference.

I believe that is enough to prepare you for the exam.

JQ+ is very good. Just get it, dont wast time thinking on it. It will be worth every penny.
Remember to do all the exams twice. I got 93%

I read the RHE book, it is good, but had I read the Mugghal's book first I would have gone for that.
I would suggest buying Mughal Khalid's book(if you dont have any book yet) and buying JQ+.
Those two should be more than enough for the exam.
Ofcourse, write a lot of code to test everything.
I read a chapter from the book each day, wrote a lot of code to test from what I read(ofcourse, if i was not happy with RHE, i would open other books and read on that topic also). This way the book can be completed in 2 weeks. 3rd week do the mocks and take the test end of 3rd week.
