If I may politely and respectfully inquire: what happened to the "correct this sentance" thread in MD? I think it was called "English 101."

I deleted it, as I felt that it was heading in the wrong direction. I wish it had not been, because it's always fun to play with the English language. Or is the English language fun to play with?

I saw that thread and debated over whether or not it needed to go bye-bye. I guess my first main complaint about that thread was of all the possible sentences we could be correcting, why choose one about terrorist?
