I happened to see the following interface declaration in java.servlet package: public abstract interface HttpSession So can interface be abstract? If so, how will it be different from an non-abstract interface? Thanks Xu Jing
Interfaces are abstract: there's no such thing as a non-abstract interface. The use of the abstract modifier with interfaces is obsolete and new programs should not use it. Junilu
