Hi,
Could you help me with the following:
1. Where may I find information on the format of the actual test? I am looking for information like:
a. Can I go back to a question, once I have answered it and gone ahead to another question?
b. What are drag and drop type questions?
2. Are the Random Tests from JQ+ tougher than the actual test?
3. Is there a place on JavaRanch that provides a list of the often asked questions on this forum?
Thank you and thanks for providing such a useful website !!

Yes, you can do it.
Moreover, you can mark the questions and review them later once you finish your test. The marked questions will be highlighted in yellow.

b. What are drag and drop type questions?

What's that?
I don't think there's any such thing.
There are "type in" questions however, where you're needed to type the answer of the question.

2. Are the Random Tests from JQ+ tougher than the actual test?

I would say - YES. But IMHO, the difficulty level of sample tests of JQPlus and the real test is almost same.

3. Is there a place on JavaRanch that provides a list of the often asked questions on this forum?

Here it is

Thank you and thanks for providing such a useful website !!

Hi Ravish,
You are absolutely right!
I saw the link at the top of this forum and believed that it must be the right one. I remember there's was a link to certification FAQs from this forum itself. Then I went to javaranch forum to report this, only to find that you have already done that.
Thanks
- Manish

I think that that is the place to put link for SCJP FAQ (My personal views) OR one more link can be provided that will change as per the forum.
AW I was told that it will be put somewhere (Latest FAq)
let us wait
