Hi, Shuaib
I advice you not to hurry to take an exam - you can do it any time you wish.
If you've read that books, then begin to do mock exams. When you'll get more than 80% on this exams, then you're ready to exam.
You can find some list of mock exams, here
http://www.javaranch.com/mock.jsp
http://www.javaranch.com/maha/_Mock_Exams/_mock_exams.html
Additionally visit JavaRanch FAQ
http://www.javaranch.com/certfaq.jsp
Good luck in your preparation and we'll wait good news from you.
Best Regards,
Jamal Hasanov
