I don't know if this is the correct address -- but it is a complete address. A PO Box (Post Office Box) doesn't require a street address -- it's a box held at the Post Office, and the owner of the box picks up their mail how ever often from the Post Office Itself in Salem, Utah.

Is this applicable in other countries like Saudi Arabia?
What i meant is that if i use this address and i mailed from other country like KSA, will this mail reach the Sun Microsystems?

Outside of the United States, you will have to write USA at the end of the address. The post office outside of the United States will only look at the name of the country and they won't look at anything else.
For example, imagine that you mail a package from the United States to an address in China. The Chinese address will be written in Mandarin and the people in the post office in America won't even be able to read it. They will only be able to read the name of the country that you write in English.
How would the post office in country A know the correct format of an address in country B? For example, in Korea they don't name the streets. If people here in the United States were checking for correct addresses for packages going to Korea, they would probably reject all of them.
