Really are there in the exam questions about AWT (TextField, Graphics -paint(), repaint() etc..-, MenuItems etc..) ?
are direct questions or lateral?
How many?
anybody knows?
In the exam objetives only says about lay out managers not other things of AWT.

Welcome to the Java Ranch, we hope youll enjoy visiting as a regular however,
your name is not in keeping with our naming policy here at the ranch. Please change your display name to an appropriate name as shown in the policy.
Thanks again and we hope to see you around the ranch!

As for your question, you will only be tested on the things listed in the objectives if there is no mention of something in the objectives then it's not on the test.

The 1.2 exam definitely had questions about Events and Listeners.
The 1.4 exam has no AWT questions at all.

The 1.2 objectives say:
Write code using component, container, and LayoutManager classes of the java.awt package to present a Graphical User Interface with specified appearance and resize behavior, and distinguish the responsibilities
of layout managers from those of containers
Write code to implement listener classes and methods, and in listener methods, extract information from the event to determine the affected component, mouse position, nature, and time of the event
State the event classname for any specified event listener interface in the java.awt.event package
So based on item one you should know all the container and component classes as well as the layout managers.
