The first thing I do in a situation like this is read the instructions. Have you tried that. Then if it doesn't work, I'd see if I can get some advice by explaining the problems and what happens when I try to run it. This is just a general plan for this type of situation however.

As I was mentioning, when attempting to solve a problem by asking others it can be helpful to give a step by step explanation when you attempt to use the tool. Thus if your car did not work, rather than saying "it is a Ford car with a 3 litre engine and it does not work", I would say (for example)
When I turn the key there is a coughing and the engine does not start, or perhaps
The engine starts but then immediatly dies.
As I say this is just a general approach to eliciting help when solving a problem and your situation may be different. It may be that your problem can be solved without a description of what happens when you attempt to use the tool however.

I appreciate your welcoming, but I live in Ukraine - too far from London.
Put it your way
1. I did setup from cd to hdd. It unziped 123mb to my hdd.
2. In that path I found 3 subdirectories showed above.
3. When I tried to run some html from applets subpath - I thought that applets may be start this way - I saw browsers window can't run applet.
What can I do?
p.s. My browser (IE6) can run applets from a web.

Dmitry,
If you can't get it running, take a look
at JCertify, it has a one click installation.

JCertify 6.0 : Exam 310-035
JCertify 5.0 : Exam 310-025
