Hi Everybody,
I am taking scjp 1.2 exam on Nov 2...
I needed some help...
I bought sample examples from sun, but they are kind of easy questions.
I need to know where can i get good mock exams...
I would appreciate if the people who has passed the exam could give me some hints...
You can e-mail me @ saumil.patel@indianapolislife.com
Thank you for your time and cooperation.

I thought that Sun's example exam (the paid for one) was a little too easy for comfort too.
In the time you have available Marcus's
is an excellent (free) must.
Dan's is also great if you have time (and an IQ > 160 ) here.

If you're talking about Sun's ePractice exam, the web-based one that you pay for, it *is* a good representation of the real exam. Very good, in fact. It was driven by the real exam, and developed by the folks who created the exam. The only areas I think might be a little weak on the ePractice are Threads (granted, that's a tough part on the real exam).
So I wouldn't be so quick to say it's too easy for the real exam. Maybe you're just more ready than you think ; )
Now, I'm only talking about the current, brand-new ePractice exam that's been up for just a few weeks. So if you saw a previous version, then I'd agree. But for the new one, I'd put a lot of confidence in it.
Cheers,
Kathy
(on the develoment team of BOTH exams)

Kathy,
I was talking about the 1.2 ePractice exam which I was doing around July/August.
Then SCJP 1.4 was announced and I decided to wait for it. Actually I was hoping that SCJP 1.4 would replace AWT's widgets with Swing's and add NIO to the menu.
Now if you can just persuade SunEd Marketing to offer a cheap "upgrade" option for that exam...
