I have no idea what DBForms are, but I do know that your display name doesn't currently comply with our naming policy. Thus, I'll have to ask you to edit it accordingly (first name and last name required).

I would say that DBForms could go in the Web Application Frameworks forum. It's a strange little bird though. Kind of JSP/Framework/ORM/Forms.
