We wrote 130 'extra' questions, in addition to the ones we wrote for the first nine chapters of the book. I'm not entirely sure how they split those questions up, because each time you run the software it mixes the questions up a bit.
Here is my best theory, and I think if I'm not exactly right, I'm pretty close...
I think that there are basically two sets of extra questions:
Set 1 is on the CD, and is what's used by the CD based software, regardless of open book / closed book/ etc.
Set 2 is what you get access to when you sing up on the internet.
There may be a small overlap between these sets, so for instance each set might have 70 questions with 5 duplicates across the two sets. Then every time you take the
test, it picks 61 questions and mixes them up.
I will check with the publisher and get the definitive answer!
