I've been to other forums and I like the preview function they have.

That way, users can preview how their text format will turn out to be before they hit "Add new topic", which is the only button now.

Our cuurrent UBB software does not allow this right now.

Right now some of the moderators are working on a version of the boards which should have this feature.

Of course, since you can edit your post, preview is only of limited utility.
