PDF V. of Kathy & Bert's book needed (URGENT!!!)

I am prepairing for SCJP using "Complete java 2 certification study guide" by Philip Heller & Simon Roberts. and reached to chapter 8
But I want to Switch to Kathy's and Bert's Book, and I need it very soon ( I will take the exam at the end of this month)
So ordering it online will cost me about 80$ and a week of time untill it reach to me (by DHL to ME)
So I want to know if I can buy the PDF version and the practice tests ( I can pay by visa credit card)
So I'm expecting an answer from Kathy or Bert

Do you have any friends who have a copy of the book? The book comes with a CD, and the CD has the PDFs you're looking for. If you could borrow the CD you'd be set.
Unfortunately, the publisher won't let us send PDFs.
Let us know if that works for you.

I have the same problem, I would love to get the book. Im using another book that was bought by the company I work for. ( I didnt get to pick )
I wanted to get kathy & Bert's book but I live in Brazil and by the time the book gets to me I'll have probably taken the test already.... Hopefully
