I face a lot of problem in policy tool /it says that java.policy file not found,how could i make my applet communicate with a data base or an local file system?

your policy file is in your home dir.
If you are on NT, it is in
C:\winnt\profiles\<your_user_name>
I successfully, did this so pl. feel free
to post any probs here...
