How can i show half character(1/2 char) on Applet ???

I want to display half character on display how can i display it on Applet???
Is there any way to show only half character or any other trick to do it???

What exactly IS a "1/2 char"? Do you mean render only a slice of the character's bitmap? That would be done via clipping.

Hmmm... I think that Vikas wants to show the character that represents one-half ( i.e. - '1/2' ).

I found that unicode character 0xBD generates the '1/2' character. Here is a small applet that shows this...

Actually i want to make a program which show a moving string on applet.....and moving mouse on applet it stop moving...in this case if i can show half part of character then on stoping string there will be no Jig-Jag ...
That's why i want to show half charcter near edge of applet..
