does exam 1.4 cover binary shift operators?

I will take the test this afternoon, but still not sure if "<<", ">>>", or ">>" are covered. I did not find them in the Sun's official exam objectives while they are shown in a variety of mock exams. Anyone know about this?

yes, they are in the exam. I already took it and found many questions related to it.
