I am Ramaswamy Srinivasan.

A member of Javaranch.

Some weeks ago, i was selected as a wiiner of free copy of How Tomcat Works Forum.

I am yet to receive the copy of the book.

Though i know that Javaranch doesn't have much to do with this and does not ensure, just wanted to know if there is a way to get the status of shipment. Or any contact persong...Just to make sure that my communication reached you promptly....

According to http://www.javaranch.com/pastwinners.jsp the publisher didn't yet receive the request to send you your book. I'm not sure how well that page is maintained, though...

Once you've sent in your snail mail address as indicated in the "The Winners"-thread of the promotion, there is nothing more you can do - other than nudging here, that is...

As long as you've sent me your mailing address and phone number, you're set.

I typically don't send out book requests until a month after the promotion, to give the winners a good chance to get their mailing information to me. A month has now passed since the "How Tomcat Works" promotion, so I'll send the requests shortly.
