AbstractClass ab = new DerivedClass()
it is allowing to put above statement in both abstract class and derived class.
So does it work just like
Interface if = new ImplementedClass() ?

I got it. abstract class is also a class so it is allowed to create an objct of this type without instantiating with the same.
