Just curious if anyone has tried the online training offered by WhizLabs and how effective was it? I've searched around and don't find any reviews from people who've taken it other than the reviews on the WhizLabs site. Thanks in advance.
Didnt try the Whizlabs tests. There are a lot of free tests/exams that help you to prepare (I especially loved Dan Chisholm's tests. They are very difficult, imho more difficult than the real exam, so that's a good way of learning your stuff).
Jeff, Before I bought any training I compared a few online resources (including Whizlabs). I decided to go for javacertificate and I believe they are truly the best in preparing you for the exam. I have outlined my preparation route here
Jeff, Great minds think alike. I asked the same question on 4/21 and got the same response as you did. As far as I can tell the Whizlabs online training is not designed to teach java, but is to be used as a study course just before taking the SCJP. I haven't been able to find anyone on this site that appears to have taken the course. Todd
