Doesnt matter where you are. Even Jaipur might have some Prometric
Testing Centers that conduct the SCJP exam. I would suggest, go to a Training Institute like Karrox or SSI and inquire if they conduct the tests. If not then tell you that who in Jaipur does. 99% Karrox will be the testing center if its there in Jaipur. When purchasing the voucher just be sure of the date when u want to appear for the exam(Dec in your case). Many people dont admit it but it happens that giving yourself 3 months of advance notice is being too lenient and you tend to loose focus. I suggest prepare for the exam till end Of Oct and then in 1st or 2nd week of Nov go for the voucher purchase. However, be sure to inquire beforehand if the month of Dec is rush-hour period for SCJP takers. If so then you might have to decide on an earlier date.
