What access specifier can the constructor have when the class is
case1 )public
2)friendly
3)protected
4)private

Pauleen, answer is 1, 3 and 4. Take a look at
Java Language Specification 8.8.3 Constructor Modifiers.

friendly is not a Java keyword.
