I second Joyce's recommendatino for Kathy and Bert's book. It really is an excellent book. Also, do as many mock exams as you can. The mock exam links that Joyce provided in her post will provide you with realistic question formats, as will the sample questions in Kathy and Bert's book.
“Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.” - Rich Cook
I went out and i bought the book by Kathy and Bert today at lunch. I have made it through most of the first chapter and i really like the flow of the book, I also like how they give exam hints after each topic. The book I am curretly useing with my Java Certification Class left alot to be desired.
