hello,

I am preparing for SCJP. I have read the book by Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates twice and will be taking the two mock exams that comes with the book.
but I am jes confused whether to buy
Java Programmer Certification Mock Exam by Dan Chisholm or get the CertKey for Java2 PDF Book by Marcus Green which I believe has 420 mock questions.

if there are other books I shud be referring to, please let me know

Thanks in advance,
Vivek

I just used the same book you did -- K&B -- and took as many free online mock exams that I could and got a 93%. I'd say the book combined with free online mock exams (Dan Chisholm has free ones onlines, as does Marcus Green) are enough to pass the exam.

I agree with Erin - the Sierra/Bates book tells you everything you need to know.
Read it once more, with feeling. They know what they're talking about. Trust me - I passed last week (and I have no idea what I'm talking about).
