I'm trying to make an Applet work that extends JApplet with certain swing features. I've used an HTML converter which now permits IE to display the applet, however neither appletviewer or Netscape can display the applet now.
Any suggestions as i would like to incorporate some applets into my web page that both IE and Netscape users can view.
Thanks in advance.
Yah, yah i'm a newbie!!

Hi Steve,
You need to change your HTML to use both the OBJECT tag for IE and the EMBED tag for Netscape. Both will contain the same information for your applet, but the other tag will be ignored by the other browser. Click on the following to see what I am talking about.

Enjoy,
Manfred.
