can anybody tell me the conceptual differences b/w j2se1.4 & j2se1.5 . i mean is there any concepts which has changed or just somthing new has been added . like one i know is : wrapper classes ( the concepts has changed , if you will read 1.4 specific then you will make mistakes in beta ) , so is there any other topic also which has been modified in such a way that 1.4 guy can't do right .

I think you're talking about the autoboxing/unboxing feature here, right? Chapter 14 of JLS 3.0 mentions the legal argument types for if, for, while and switch statements.
Just name a few that a 1.4 gal can't do right by ignoring the following topics for the 5.0 beta exam: * static import * enhanced for loop * covariant return * enum * variable length argument * generics * autoboxing/unboxing
You really have to study the objectives of 5.0 beta exam very closely and try them out by coding.
