Problem accessing Prometric

When I try to log in at http://register.prometric.com (using the email address and password provided on creating the account, also tried the Prometric ID and that password) I get an error that the account does not exist.
Trying to create a new account for those details (you never know, they might have lost the data) I get an error that the account already exists.

Can someone verify this? There's no easy way to contact them it seems.

I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. I called up the same number as registering for the 1.5 beta exam. They had the problem fixed in a couple of days. Try it.

Thanks.
Sent an email to their webmaster and will ask the test center tomorrow to make a note of it.

I noticed that pressing Enter doesn't log you in, you have to click login button. Maybe that's the same for you.

tried both. Thanks for the tip though, I usually indeed use the keyboard for navigation on websites if possible...

you get the voucher from Sun, not Prometric. After that, contact Prometric to schedule the exam.

passed the exam, but still can't get to the website (nor certmanager).

No answer yet from my query to Prometric about it.

figured out what was wrong. Had set up the account to send the exam confirmation to my work address and all other mail to my home address. For some reason they took the work address as the account address even though I'd entered my home address in that box.
