Constructor can have return statement . Why?

Why constructor can have return statement when u cannot return anything?

"return" is also a way to exit a method/constructor.

Note that in this context, a compiler error will result if you try to return a value/reference.

Constructor functions cannot specify a return type, since the new operator automatically returns the object being created.
