Yes. The people at the test center should give you some paper, make sure you request it before the exam starts. Note that you're not allowed to bring your own paper, neither are you allowed to take out any paper you used during the exam.

From the center here .. no. They might give you a plastic or luminate board to write on with an eraseable market.

In conclude, the centre will give you 1 piece of either paper or plastic for you as rough paper, and this paper will be returned to the centre after you finished your exam.
