Whether SCJP 1.4 tests the knowledge of methods of Collections.It is not covered in K&B - but present in many mock exams? Please some one clarify...Thanks

AS for the SCJP Exam for J2SE 5.0, collections are strongly emphesized. You must know exactlyhow Set and List implement the Collection interface for example.

The 1.4 exam covers collections, but the 5.0 version goes much deeper because, of course, you have to know about generics. Chapter 8 of the newly-revised Complete Java 2 Certification book covers all you need to know.
