Marcus Green's mocks

hi all,

Where can i register to take Marcus Green's 1.4 exams.
He has a link to mock exams which are of 1.2 style, and there he has a link to the 1.4's, but you need to register for it and i don't know where i can do that.

Same problem here.. may be we should either do away $10.00 or have a 10 Questions test everyday.
