Hello , I am new to Java ranch. I am planning to give the SCJP 1.5 and would like to know what would be the best way to prepare for the exam?? Has the new edition of K & Bs SCJP come out as yet?? I googled on this and came up on very few resources for the 1.5 version. All I have as of now , is the SCJP tiger study guide (http://java.boot.by/scjp-tiger/ ) and the trial version of the Whizlab simulator. Are there any tutorials or mock tests available for the 1.5 version???

Hoping to hear from all of you soon enuf

Regards
Trupti

Hi Trupti, welcome to the ranch!

You're asking about books, so your question could be at home in this forum. Yet, I think the cert forum might get you a bunch more replies, so I'm moving this post over there. (Things tend to be pretty quiet out here on the Bunkhouse Porch, whereas the cert forums are filled with manic insomniacs with an addiction for helping others. )

Oh, and you'll want to check out the FAQs over there too.

Hang on...
