Just a glance at the posts in the Certification results forum shows that those who are passing are barely making it with 60-70%...only one person got 80%

And judging by the few results posted, looks like many people maybe failing on their first attempt.

K&B we need your new book! But I can see why its taking so long if they've made the test this difficult.

Better Kathy and Bert make it Good than quick . The Generics material is entirely new to 1.5 and will be a quite a significant learning topic for many people. Someone recently posted a link to an excellent big document on this topic at

I have been writing material on the 1.5 objectives for about 6 months and just about full time for the last three months and there is a lot to cover. This is one of the reasons I ahve suggested that unless you are very determined then it is probably worth holding off untill exam specific material is available.

I agree. I think its important for people to know that 1.5 requires a much larger effort than 1.4 before they bite off more than they can chew.

I'm sure the new K&B book will go a long way towards covering this additional material...they won't let us down!
