Certificate not yet recieved

I cleared my SCJP exam one month back with 85%..
I havent received anything yet.Also I am not able to know the passing percentage on certmanager. :roll:
i mailed this to [e-mail].. they replied once and it doesn't work.. i am still unable to see my history on certmanager
i again mailed ..but no reply yet... does it takes this much time for all??

Sometimes. I think they ask to give then 4-8 weeks or 406 weeks, something like that. On CertManager, does it have your correct address?

certmanager has my correct address.. but no history..
At first time i am not able to create my username and password in certmanager... then i sent mail to [e-mail] .. they created one account and gave it to me... my address mentioned there correctly..
but no history abt my exam.

i am planning for SCWCD in september.. is that require any proof that i passed the SCJP exam..if so does my score report enough for proof..
