I've passed my SCJP1.4 exam 1st of August. Tomorrow I will celebrate my "first month as SCJP". But I still have no my certificate.

First, I tried to login certmanager but I couldn't. I've wrote (twice ) to SunCert@thomson.com and get answer (also twice ).

Here it is:

Dear George,

Shareon takes a little while sometimes to get results. I've found, though, that Prometric is usually fairly good about getting matters regarding certificates resolved quickly.

Hello, George!
Today I have successfully login into CertManager. Strange but I wrote to suncert@thompson.com twice and both times without response. It take 1 week and 2 days to them to add my info into the database.
Best wishes to you. Hope you problem will be solved soon.
P.S. Yes, I'm from Russia, living in rostov-on-don.

Hi everybody.

Here is my story:

Dear George,
Thank you for your inquiry.

We recently had problems importing some exam data into the i-7 database. Unfortunately, you are one of the affected candidates. We are tracking this issue and have already escalated it to the correct department, who is still working on resolution. As soon as we receive resolution we will let you know.

Thank you for your continued patience in this matter.

Sincerely,
Shareon
