I've create an applet with different classes. In the project properties i have added a requiered librari called
GaphPlotter.jar . Now i would to create a war-archive. The jar-file is in the root directory of the war-file. Then i
upload the war-file to BeaWeblogic 6.0. When i start the applet i'll allways become a class not found error. All
classes
there are not found are in the jar-archive. The other classes which are directly under the root directory can be
found by the applet. How can i tell the war-archive that it has to look in the GraphPlotter.jar
to find the other classes ?

You've got the client and server concepts muddled together. If you need to download jars for an applet, they do go in the same directory path as html, but you also have to explicitly reference them in the applet tag on the web page that runs the applet or they won't be downloaded, and hence will be inacessible.

Hi Jan,
The HTML applet tag has a parameter called archive this is where you list all the related jar files to your project.
< APPLET CODE="someThing.class" WIDTH=500 HEIGHT=500
ARCHIVE="this.jar, that.jar, other.jar" >
< /APPLET >
Regards,
Manfred.
