My understanding is that
Mastering the Fundamentals... was never released in hardcopy form. The free download has been discontinued because of an anticipated new hardcopy edition, which will have a different title. However, this "news" is over a year old now, and nothing seems to be available at Amazon other than used copies of the pre-
Mastering... edition, so I don't know what's happening.
