"You can directly run the grabage collector whenever you want."

-What does that mean?? And what should I say if it is true or false???

Definitely, of course, it is false. You could suggest garbage collection, but it still is up to jvm if he will do it.

yes, you can only request a GC to run by calling a method System.gc()....
The JVM takes your request but it is not sure that it will run GC always because you are just making a request not instructing to do.
