I about to start studying for the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition 1.4 exam and was wondering should I prepare for the 5.0 exam instead?

There doesn't appear to be nearly as many books/sources to study from for version 5.0. Will I someday need to take the upgrade exam if I decide to pursue the 1.4 certification?

Signed,
Confused

Search the forum for more information about 1.4 vs 5.0 exam, and you will find a lot of discussions about it.
