cell focus on JTable

I am using a table to enter in values and when the user enters an invalid data entry, the program focuses on the particular cell with the changeSelection() method. I can run this locally from JBuilder but when I make a jar file and put it on the server, the focus does not work. I am not sure where to look for a solution to this.
Thanks,
Keith

JTables can be tricky. I'd ask in the Swing/AWT forum where they're better informed on such things.

Thanks for your help. I posted this problem with jtable in the swing/awt section and have not received a reply. Do you know of anything else?

Not specifically. However, JDK1.2's handling of JTables was pretty awful, so if you're using JDK1.3 under JBuilder but pushing JDK1.2 from the server (or have JDK1.2 on the client???) that could be it.

No. No. No. No. Changed my mind. Wanna come down. To see this tiny ad:
