I have to agree with Amit's tone (or at least how I interpret it). Folks are going to ask the questions they have, not just "good" ones by your standing. Be patient.

Good is completely subjective. After being here for 5 years, I have seen pretty much every question on this forum.

That is fine, we are here to help people, not wait for someone to ask the perfect question, that makes that bright light shine high above us as if Angels were here for this one perfect moment.

Maybe you might want to look at some of the other forums we have to get more non-SCJP questions, that might give you more of a challenge.

I commend you for learning so much and thinking that overriding static methods is so mundane now, that is good, it shows we are doing a great job here, and you are learning outside as well.

But the questions that people ask are for themselves what they need to learn and they know that their questions are good questions for them.

Please respect them.

Thank you

I also think that people should feel free to post any question. But regarding

I have seen pretty much every question on this forum.

--> maybe they should use the search function or google before asking? (I know it is easy to forget about those things and it is easier to ask than taking the time to look for a solution actively...)

Anyway, most of the questions (and answers) in this forum are interesting to read!
